Employers often request their employees to submit their original certificates and documents for the purpose of verification. It is legal for an employee to retain the certificates or documents for the purpose of verifying the credentials of his/her employees. An employer cannot retain the original certificates of its employees as security and force its employees to work for him. Although there is no law to this effect the Courts in India have time and again held that retaining employees documents as security and forcing employees to work for a specific time and/or retaining an employees original certificates under a bond is arbitrary and irrational. Criminal proceedings may be initiated against an employer who unlawfully retains the original certificates of an employee.

I had started to work in Meditab in Feb 2022 and this is the best organization I have worked till now. The seniors are really nice and supportive. They will help you to grow and no work pressure if you are in team Marco-the most grounded person. What matters to him, finish your work and do whatever you want to do. You can learn other processes and sometime being manager, he will also be ready to teach you. However, the admin, hr-Nilesh, IT and other tls are also supportive. Best part, you will get free food. You will get to learn new things and will have opportunities as well.

Worked as a biller and become permanent after probation. Basic amenities are good also they take care of their employees However, team leaders are not good as well they forced to work longer than working hours.

There is meaning less policy for web developer they need 80% in your 10th and 12th for qualifying, it's crazy haha ha, even MNC companies don't have such criteria, and another funny thing you applied for front end developer and they offer you another job without reading your skills in resume. Better to apply at another place without wasting time with them.

HR department work is terrible. I need to send reminder for every next step and still not proper follow back from them. They let you keep waiting for one job..so lazy HRs need to kicked out.

1. Online assessment for interview took 2 to 3 hours. 2. Interview time was given at 4 pm, I reached at 3.30 pm, told me to write essay at 4.30 pm, it took 15 to 20 minutes, then I was waiting till 6 pm. 3. Interviewer went out for few minutes. 4. They called someone else for interview at 6 pm who came after me. And then I left without giving interview, I told them it is waste of time. 5. Nobody was looking professional. 6. No time management skills. 7. HR management need to be replaced. 8. These people think that the candidates who are coming for interview, needs a job very badly. But, I don't.
